Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and originate from the United States of America. We have a processing time of 2 days, meaning it will be 2 days before your order is shipped out. Once shipped orders will arrive within 1-2 days, depending on the carrier and your location.

International orders are either shipped via USPS or UPS and originate from the United States of America. International orders have a maximum processing period of 5 days, meaning your order will be shipped within 5 days of placing your order. International shipping times vary based on international and domestic carriers. Shipping speeds conveyed during checkout or when placing an order can vary due to a number of different factors. 

Orders are currently only shipped to the United States of America, and major international countries and territories.

Orders that do not arrive, or are damaged upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the carrier ("FedEx") and we ("Wall Wonders") do not bare any responsibility for their short-comings.

Orders that do not arrive within our 5 day window could be subject to delays on our behalf. Any delays or problems with an order will be directly communicated with the customer.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at get contact@email.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Most items cannot be returned because they are custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Keep in mind the cost of shipping you paid during checkout will not be refunded, only the poster cost will be refunded if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
